Fed with soul and jazz, he spends his time listening to Prince, Georges Clinton and Miles Davis, and reproduces the groovy sounds of his idols on his guitar or his drums, before winning a contest organized by Radio Nova and the famous label Blue Note. Since his well deserved victory, Booster changed his life to fully dedicate it to jazz.. Contests sometimes reveal incredible talents with huge potentials. That’s the case of Booster who releases soon after his first album Loop in release, a master piece among the Blue Note releases. In the best possible way, the artist juggles with his innovative jazz and soul influences. Never has sampling gotten along so well with acoustics. Loop in release is one of a kind, a true lesson of creativity and tenacity. Sandra NKAKE : Generosity and sensuality are the first words that come to your mind when it comes to describe Sandra Nkake.
